Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our luxury car rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Terms

All rentals are subject to our standard rental agreement. The minimum rental period is typically 24 hours, though specific vehicles may have different requirements. Rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis and include a daily mileage allowance as specified in your rental agreement.

2. Driver Requirements

To rent our luxury vehicles, drivers must:

• Be at least 25 years of age (some high-performance models may require 30+)
• Hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years
• Provide a secondary form of identification (Passport or ID card)
• Present a valid major credit card in their name for the security deposit

3. Insurance & Security Deposit

Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals, subject to an excess/deductible amount. A security deposit is required via credit card pre-authorization before the vehicle handover. The amount varies based on the vehicle category and is released upon safe return of the vehicle.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-6 days incur a 50% charge of the total rental cost. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Liability

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and toll charges incurred during the rental period. Additionally, any damage not covered by insurance, including interior damage, wheel scuffs, and loss of keys, will be charged to the renter.
